I would like to say that its 100% an abundance mindset. That basically, we believe there are more nuts than squirrels and that's all there is to it. But its a little more complicated than that.
Our philosophy is that all things being equal, whoever hits the most doors wins. And it only makes sense that whoever has the most sales reps will hit the most doors. So taking a cue from Russell Brunson, we adopted the mindset that, "Whoever can spend the most amount of money on recruiting, training and retaining agents- wins." Needless to say, we spend a lot of money on recruiting and needed a way to subsidise those expenses. So we decided to offer these services to our peers!
With that being said, we won't offer any services where there is a clear conflict of interest (like if we're both recruiting for energy sales reps in Detroit for example). But otherwise it's all about networking, domination through collaboration and covering our costs so we can continue to spend more and more money on recruiting.
